Season of Lent Drawing Challenge Day 8:Today’s drawing features a teacher friend of mine. She teaches music and her room is across from mine. I’ve gotten to know her well over this year. She’s been such a good friend! Also, because she plays piano, I sometimes get free beautiful performances during the day. 😃
Season of Lent Drawing Challenge, Day 9 (I think. I’m losing count):
What better way to end a whirlwind of a day than by drawing a whirlwind of a sketch. Ten minutes or less dedicated to the drawing. One hour dedicated supporting some fine musicians.
Tonight I am thankful to watch my musical colleagues in action.
Season of Lent Drawing Challenge Day 10: Big hair. Don’t care. Sometimes I have a day where thing after thing after thing make me want to pull my hair out, and then I take a moment to look in the mirror and discover I am sporting big hair. Guess what? I like it. It made me smile. So, I may have had a challenging day, but I did it with big 1980s hair that made me smile. …sometimes it’s the totally insignificant things I am thankful for. (I know I just ended that sentence with a preposition, but I’m tired so…). 😉
